Is it theatre or theater?
Either way – I am happy that we still have this great art deco styled little theatER. Can you believe we almost lost it?
Houston has not done the best job of preserving architectural history – but we can get better. Places like this are the reason I love this city so much – we have to fight to preserve those things we love sometimes. Like the dome. Like the Shamrock hotel. There are a lot of battles lost – but some are won.
